Nidra is a nearly hour-long form of specifically guided meditation, an ancient tool with modern relevance. During the first session–a half-hour, one-on-one consultation toward customizing your nidra–we will discuss your favorite sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and touches and explore the ways your body, mind, and spirit could benefit from support and relief. I will write a nidra specifically for you and in our second 50-minute session a week after the first will guide you through the nidra in real time. The third and last week of our sessions we will discuss how the nidra worked for you and how I might further optimize it for you. Finally, I will make a voice recording of the nidra and email it to you for you to have ongoing, on-demand access.
