7 Nights of Nidra



A yoga nidra is a guided and restorative meditation that aligns body, mind, and spirit. We’ve created a set of seven nidras here for you, exploring the theme of courage for 45-55 minutes each. Some segments of the nidra are repeated from one nidra to another, and other segments contain content original to each nidra. We envisioned that you would practice on successive Friday nights to unwind from your work and set the tone for a nurturing weekend, but you may, of course, use them any time of day and any day of the week, in whatever way works best for you.
