Dangling for Peace

It’s been nine days, and on every single one of them, I’ve needed to spend five minutes dangling to lower my heart rate, elevate my perspective, and offer the connective tissues of my entire body—head to toe—a sustained opening and release from their accumulating tension. So little is needed—no equipment, no gear, hardly any space or time—just the small choice to move into a simple shape that dramatically refreshes my mind, body, and spirit so I can keep going.
